Royal Hospital School
Signage design
The Royal Hospital School, established in 1712 within the historic locale of Greenwich, London, has evolved into an independent co-educational boarding and day school catering to students aged 11 to 18. Committed to delivering a comprehensive and exemplary educational experience, the institution is uniquely enriched by its naval heritage while remaining attuned to the demands of the contemporary world.
In 1933, the school made a pivotal move to its current location—a remarkable estate spanning 200 acres of Suffolk countryside, overlooking the picturesque River Stour. Since its relocation, The Royal Hospital School has consistently expanded and enhanced its purpose-built facilities, earning a prominent reputation as one of East Anglia's preeminent independent educational establishments.
Our scope of work encompassed the complete design, production, and installation of both external and internal signage, including the creation of a detailed isometric campus map for the entrance sign. This project served to augment the school's physical identity in harmony with its rich history and modern educational aspirations
